RQI Specialist IPosition Overview:Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play akey role in supporting our lifesaving mission! You'll be responsible forconfiguring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement)systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is idealfor someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference inhealthcare.Responsibilities:Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCsRefurbish manikins and laptops to company standardsManage inventory and process work orders using QADCoordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service ordersSupportproduct repairs and returns (RMA) as neededPay Rate:$15.50/hr.Schedule:Monday-Friday7:00am-3:30pmRequirements:Ability to utilize standard policies and procedures related to the positionAbility to follow safety practices and principlesAbility to utilize MS Office software effectively.Ability to set-up and manipulate software installationsMust be able to work under short timelines and pressure while maintaining delivery demands.Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficientlyWilling and able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage demands in connection with delays or unexpected events.Ability to lift 50 lbs.High School Diploma
