This opportunity focuses on experienced pharmacists skilled in specialty pharmacy operations within a contract position based in Jamaica, NY. The role involves working with rare and orphan drugs designed for patients with uncommon diseases. Candidates must possess a strong background in designated specialty pharmacy settings, not general retail, to ensure expertise in managing complex drug approvals, patient-provider communication, and financial assistance programs.
