With decades of successful project delivery and an emphasis on quality, integrity, and team-first values, the organization maintains high employee retention and offers significant stability and career longevity.Job DescriptionLead all daily onsite construction activities for healthcare interior and healthcare ground-up/expansion projects.Manage subcontractors, logistics, phasing, inspections, and quality control in medical environments.Enforce ICRA requirements, infection-control barriers, interim life safety measures, and hospital compliance.Maintain project schedule using Microsoft Project; track milestones and critical path items.Utilize Project Site (Trimble Project) for documentation, reporting, RFIs, photos, and daily logs.Coordinate closely with Project Managers, hospital stakeholders, design partners, and inspectors.Conduct daily/weekly coordination meetings and proactively resolve field issues.Uphold strict safety standards and ensure compliance with healthcare facility protocols.Travel to project sites throughout SC, NC, GA, FL, TN, and WV.Represent the company professionally with owners, medical administrators, and trade partners.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
