Clinical Director (Licensed) - Behavioral Health Olympia, Washington Telecare Corporation - Olympia Next Steps Program #266 Full-Time, Salaried | 100% In-Person (No Remote/Hybrid) Lead Clinical Excellence. Drive Recovery. Make an Impact. Telecare is seeking a Clinical Director (Licensed) to lead clinical operations at our Olympia Next Steps Program in Olympia, WA. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping clinical practice, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality, recovery-focused care for individuals with complex behavioral health needs. This position is fully onsite and requires strong, visible leadership within the program. Expected starting wage range is $103,460.20 - $127,815.25 salaried. Range ends at $152,170.29. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
