Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in good standing with the State of California required.Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required for ICU and emergency department coverage.Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent pediatric certification required.Experience in critical care preferred.OB/ perinatal experience preferred, due to coverage of all units in a rural healthcare community.Ability to work independently and to supervise others as delegated.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Schedule: 3 x 12s, days 0600-1800.No call requirement.Location Highlights Willits, CA offers access to northern California outdoor recreation and a small-town lifestyle.
