This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children/youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide treatments to the child and their family/caregivers to address the clinical needs of the child and the complex needs of the family unit. The mental health professionals will individualize treatment interventions to the child/family and use evidence-based practices to address identified clinical and family system needs to help improve the well-being of the youth and strengthen family dynamics.Responsibilities:You will lead services for clients and families, including: Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service PlansNon-traditional individual and family therapy in the home/communitySkill DevelopmentStabilization Support for Youth and FamiliesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
