Become a vital part of a regional hospital team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents according to protocol, and operate CT equipment for diagnostic imaging.Minimum Requirements:2 years CT technologist experience.Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or Radiography with CT registry.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Experience working in an acute care hospital environment, including familiarity with trauma protocols and high-acuity imaging.Experience administering IV contrast and managing contrast reactions.Ability to operate multislice CT scanners and DICOM/PACS systems.All candidates must have complete and clear background and screening documents prior to start, including Pennsylvania-specific clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance.Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) clearance.FBI fingerprinting; fingerprints must be submitted/uploaded before candidate can be cleared.
