You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following: * At least four years of experience supporting people living with developmental disabilities * Knowledge of person-centered practices * Bachelor's degree * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Consultative approach and ability to achieve rapport with a wide array of individuals * Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the region You must have a driver's license and insured vehicle which you can use for work-related travel.
