Job Purpose: * The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Shift 3 at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients during the overnight shift. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. * Monitor and document patient vital signs, behavior, and overall condition, reporting any changes to the nursing staff. * Support the nursing team in implementing patient care plans and interventions. * Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including changing linens and ensuring hygiene standards are met. * Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and therapeutic atmosphere. * Assist in the transportation of patients within the facility as needed. * Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy. * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with best practices in patient care.
