The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering positive student outcomes through data-driven decision-making, consultation, and tiered supports. Position Summary The School Psychologist provides consultation, assessment, intervention planning, and support services to students, families, and school staff. This position plays a key role in special education evaluations, MTSS/RTI systems, behavioral support, and enhancing the overall learning environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for initial, annual, and reevaluation processes in accordance with IDEA and Article 7. Participate in case conferences and collaborate in the development of IEPs. Support MTSS/RTI implementation, including progress monitoring and data analysis. Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning, behavior, and social-emotional needs. Provide recommendations for interventions, accommodations, and behavior supports. Assist in crisis prevention and response efforts. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical, professional, and legal standards. Collaborate with counselors, behavior specialists, and special education staff to support whole-child development. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's or Specialist-level degree (Ed.S., M.S., or equivalent) in School Psychology Valid Indiana School Psychologist license or eligibility by the start date. Strong understanding of special education law, assessment practices, and intervention strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Experience in a school setting. Training in MTSS/RTI, functional behavioral assessment (FBA), and positive behavioral interventions and support (PBIS). Ability to serve multiple buildings and age levels.
