Marshall Public Schools serves over 2,700 PK-13 students across eight (8) school buildings throughout the Marshall and Albion communities. WORK YEAR: 12-Month SCHEDULE: M-F 2 - 2.5 hr/day; 10-12.5 hr/wk Starting time: 6:30 AM NATURE OF POSITION: Responsible for supervising wrap around care with morning and/or after school program, modeling and guiding appropriate child care practices within the center. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: * Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GES) * Associates Degree in early childhood, preschool education or child development or Child Development Associate (CDA) certification, preferred * Previous experience in preschool or early childhood program * Strong communication and instructional skills * CPR / First Aid Certification * Ability to work well with children and adults * Maintain a genuine interest in helping children in their educational and developmental process * Able to work flexible hours as needed DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION: Until Filled
