With a patient-centered approach, we focus on advanced diagnostics, cutting-edge treatments, and compassionate care to help you achieve optimal health.What You'll DoAs a CMA, you'll be a vital part of our clinical team, responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks, including:• Greeting and preparing patients for exams• Taking vital signs and medical histories• Collects and prepares laboratory specimens, Performs point-of-care testing in office• Ensures proper forms are signed and dated, such as consent to treat, Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) forms, medical releases, and HIPAA forms• Documented results communicated to the patient after physician has reviewed the results, updates medical recordsWhat We're Looking For• Certification: Certified Medical Assistant; current• Experience: 0 + years of relevant experience Preferred experience in Endocrinology• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities• Tech-savvy: Familiarity with eCW systems and basic computer skills• Attitude: Compassionate, dependable, and team-orientedWhat We Offer• A supportive and collaborative work environment• Paid time offBenefits For more information on UCF Health benefits including cost go to:
