This position is open to fully licensed clinicians as well as Mental Health Therapists in candidacy. The selected candidate will be employed by Clark Fork Behavioral Health, a distinguished mental health organization that partners with Moving Mountains Therapy Center to address community needs. By joining our team, you will benefit from a supportive work environment and access to supervision and professional development through our partnership with Clark Fork Behavioral Health.Job Summary:As a Mental Health Provider, you will be employed by Clark Fork Behavioral Health but will be based at Moving Mountains Therapy Center. In this role, you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services with a strong emphasis on pediatric and family-centered care. You will assess mental health needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and make appropriate referrals as necessary.Key Responsibilities:Deliver family-centered care in alignment with our mission.Foster a culture of inclusion and growth for both clients and team members.Assess patients to determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.Document evaluations, progress, treatment, and discharge information accurately and promptly.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team at Moving Mountains Therapy Center to set and evaluate patient goals, and provide guidance on mental health modalities and interventions.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients and their families on mental health topics.Perform administrative duties including case management, scheduling, planning, and documentation.Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.Montana candidacy license or full licensure in Social Work or Counseling (clinical supervision will be provided through Clark Fork Behavioral Health for those in candidacy).Experience working with children and families is required.Demonstrated interest in and commitment to working with young children and their families.Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.Strong collaboration skills with families, colleagues, and community partners.Ability to pass a background check.Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.Additional Information:As an employee of Clark Fork Behavioral Health, you will receive supervision and professional support from licensed mental health practitioners within the organization.
