Job DescriptionThis person will retrieve patient medical records following discharge. Prep, scan, import, index, and quality review health information into the EMR. Update and relocate document types in the EMR for correct indexing.***This position is on-site within the medical records department with no remote option. **** HOURS are Weekend shift, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7pm to 730am part time plus....56 hours a pay period. ***Job Summary: Performs functions to support the integrity of the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) for patient care, education, research, and reimbursement.
