Senior Superintendent – Healthcare Construction Dallas, TX Full-Time $150k to $215k + Bonus + Full Benefits + More! Lead Complex Healthcare Projects with a Top ENR General Contractor TrendHR is partnering with a Top ENR General Contractor in Dallas to identify a Senior Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction, including hospitals, medical centers, and clinic environments. This is a high-impact field leadership role overseeing large-scale, complex healthcare projects where safety, quality, and precision are critical. What You’ll Do Lead all field operations on hospital and healthcare construction projects Champion jobsite safety and enforce all safety protocols and regulations Develop and manage detailed project schedules and production plans Coordinate with Project Management, Preconstruction, and Ownership teams Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, and schedule adherence Review drawings, coordinate shop drawings, and ensure execution aligns with plans Manage staffing levels, materials, and equipment across all project phases Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues and drive progress What You Bring 8+ years of construction experience, with strong healthcare project experience preferred Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects ($50M+ strongly preferred) Deep understanding of healthcare construction standards, safety, and compliance Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and project documentation Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders Knowledge of OSHA and applicable construction regulations Why This Role Stands Out Work with a Top ENR General Contractor on high-profile healthcare projects Lead complex builds that directly impact communities and patient care Strong pipeline of work in the Dallas market High level of autonomy and field leadership ownership Competitive compensation, benefits, and long-term career growth
