Job DescriptionThe Assistant IVF Lab Tech supports the IVF Lab Manager with daily laboratory operations and production activities. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, involving laboratory procedures, specimen transport, data entry, and collaboration with cross-functional team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Key ResponsibilitiesEmbryo StrippingEmbryo evaluation, grading and freezingFertilization and culture plate preparationSemen handling and preparation for IVFDriving company vehicle to help pick up & drop off laboratory specimens Oocyte searching and grading for maturationRecordkeeping/Data EntryRequirementsHigh school diplomaAbility to sit for long periods of time behind a microscope, in a lab setting.Ability to perform tasks efficiently in outline time frames.Strong attention to detail and organization.Knowledge of the cattle industry is preferred.
