Perma-Pipe in Hebron, OH is looking for an experienced HSE Specialist The HSE Specialist is responsible for supporting and promoting a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with OSHA, applicable Ohio safety regulations, and company safety policies. This position assists in the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. This position supports strategic safety initiatives based on audit findings, incident trends, and regulatory changes. The role includes employee training, hazard identification, development of safe work practices, regulatory compliance support, incident response coordination, and day-to-day safety guidance to employees, supervisors, contractors, and visitors. The role is situated in Hebron, OH and is not a remote or hybrid position.
