**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** Primary Care- Advanced Practice Provider Saint Francis Family Medicine- Saint Francis- Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Location: Wilmington, DE --- Position Summary Family Medicine Saint Francis, part of Saint Francis Hospital, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Delaware market. Family Medicine Saint Francis offers a range of services, including general primary care, management of acute and chronic illnesses, and preventive health screenings.
