In this role, you'll perform a wide range of laboratory testing, collect and analyze specimens, and support accurate diagnosis and treatment for patients of all ages. If you're organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!What You'll Do:• Perform laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, blood bank, urinalysis, serology, microbiology, and EKG• Collect specimens via venipuncture, capillary puncture, and arteriopuncture• Ensure specimen integrity, patient safety, and accurate documentation• Troubleshoot testing issues and maintain quality control standards • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment• Maintain security and confidentiality of patient health informationRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:• Associate of Applied Science Degree (minimum)• Board certification required or completed within 1 year of hire• Current BCLS certification• Valid driver's license with proof of liability insurance required• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
