Calvary Homes, a proud member of the TANDEM LIVING family, is seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee the heartbeat of our campus. In this vital role, you are not just managing buildings; you are ensuring a safe, beautiful, and high-functioning environment for our residents. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds, aligning every project with our mission of service and quality care. QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience: Minimum of 5 years Facilities Management with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role (healthcare or senior living environment strongly preferred). * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Specialist training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus. * Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with modern building management software. * Requirements: Must possess a valid PA Driver's License held for at least two consecutive years. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Strategic Oversight: Direct all facility operations, including mechanical systems, infrastructure, vehicle fleet, and unit turnovers, ensuring peak efficiency. * Capital Leadership: Plan, budget, and execute large-scale renovations, upgrades, and capital improvement projects. * System Mastery: Manage sophisticated building technologies, including access controls, emergency call systems (pull stations/pendants), and building automation (BAS). * Safety & Compliance: Maintain rigorous standards for fire safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across all resident and common areas. * Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture of excellence by managing staff schedules, providing mentorship, and overseeing 24/7 on-call support.
