Staff Pharmacist Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 Base SalaryLocation: Abilene, TX (Onsite)Schedule: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)POSITION OVERVIEWOur client is a premier specialty pharmacy in Abilene, TX, dedicated to the field of Dermatology. You will work in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment where your adaptability and focus ensure that every prescription processed begins with precision and trust.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Verification: Perform meticulous verification of prescription information and final verification of medications with a zero-error mindset. Workflow Integration: Support multiple pharmacy departments with a flexible, "team-first" attitude, ensuring smooth transitions between clinical tasks and operational needs. Collaborative Care: Work closely with a dedicated team of pharmacists, technicians, and leadership to maintain the highest standards of dermatology-specific care. Regulatory & Growth Support: Maintain a current Texas license and assist in obtaining additional state licensures as the pharmacy expands its reach to more patients. Professional Excellence: Communicate clearly, humbly, and respectfully with both internal team members and external stakeholders.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: PharmD or RPh from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Licensure: Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of Texas. Detail Orientation: A proven history of meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to error-free work in a dynamic environment. Tech Savvy: Strong computer and data entry skills; comfortable navigating modern pharmacy software systems. Adaptability: The ability to gracefully shift gears when priorities change while maintaining clinical composure.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 2+ years of Pharmacist experience is preferred, but we are open to high-caliber candidates who demonstrate the right "heart for teamwork" and technical aptitude. Licensure: Willingness to obtain additional state licenses to support the pharmacy's growth.
