The Autism Society of North Carolina (ASNC) is growing our clinical team! We are one of NC's only non-profit ABA providers, which means we emphasize quality above billable hours and have created a team culture that is both client and clinician focused. As a non-profit, we are able to offer BCBAs and families a truly individualized experience that is focused on quality. Our caseloads cap at 8 clients and we don't hold families to any extreme service minimums, like 30-40 hours/week.Responsibilities: Design behavioral interventions and intensive ABA programming using appropriate assessments, protocols, formats, and professional standards. Provide training and consultation as needed.
