A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist on a 13-week contract to hire basis in Rathdrum, ID. Location: Rathdrum, ID Shift: 1st Shift (Day) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (If working Saturday, Thursday or Friday off) Team Environment: 3 pharmacy technicians 2 pharmacists 1 cashier Pharmacy system: Pioneer Prescription volume: 300 - 400 per day Key Responsibilities: Verifying prescriptions accurately Counseling patients on medications and health-related concerns Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure effective workflow Delivering excellent customer service, supporting a team-oriented atmosphere Qualifications and Experience: Current and active pharmacist license for Idaho Prior pharmacy experience in retail Up-to-date resume, skills checklist, and references ready for submission Upon transition to full-time employment, the client provides a competitive benefits package including paid holidays, health (medical, vision, dental) insurance with 50% premium coverage after 2 months, and eligibility for a 401(k) with 3% match after 1 year.
