As we expand, we are seeking clinicians who are passionate about meaningful, culturally responsive care and who want to grow within a supportive team environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to provide psychotherapy to adult clients, with opportunities to work with couples and families depending on interest and training.This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy in their clinical work while benefiting from the support, structure, and collaboration of a group practice.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy to adult clientsProvide couples and/or family therapy (if trained and interested)Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentationDevelop and implement treatment plans aligned with client goalsCollaborate with other clinicians for consultation and care coordinationMaintain ethical and professional standards of careParticipate in team meetings, supervision, or case consultation as neededClinical Specializations (Preferred)We are especially interested in clinicians with experience or a strong interest in:Trauma-affirming therapy (e.g., EMDR, somatic approaches, CPT, TF-CBT)LGBTQIA+ affirming care, including gender-affirming therapyNeuroaffirming approaches, including work with ADHD, autism, and neurodivergent adultsRelationship work, including couples therapy (e.g., Gottman, EFT, Discernment Counseling)Intersectional, culturally responsive careRequired QualificationsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fieldActive licensure (Provisional License or Full Independent License) in IllinoisExperience providing therapy to adult populationsStrong clinical, ethical, and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsSpecialized training in trauma modalities, couples therapy, family therapy, or neurodiversityExperience working with marginalized or underserved populationsCommitment to ongoing professional development and learningInterest in contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented practiceWhat We OfferFlexible scheduling and autonomy over caseloadSteady referral stream and marketing supportAdministrative support (billing, scheduling, onboarding)Consultation, supervision, and peer collaborationOpportunities for specialization and niche developmentSupportive, inclusive team culture[PTO, retirement, health insurance]Ideal CandidateYou might be a great fit if you:Are passionate about affirming, client-centered careWant to focus on clinical work without burnout from admin overloadValue both independence and collaborationAre excited to grow within a values-driven, expanding practicePlease submit your resume and cover letter to apply
