Director of Behavioral Health (LISW-S, LPCC-S)Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health, mental health and rehabilitation programs, seeks a full-time Director of Behavioral Health Services in our Marysville, Ohio office. Duties include: Administrative and clinical supervision of our behavioral health staff Monitoring the key indicators for the service areas; Coordinating with supervisees and other staff and managers to address continuous improvements; Weekly review of productivity of supervisees; Monthly review of compliance data of supervisees; Participating in key meetings and groups related to those service areas.
