amily Medicine Physician - Outpatient Location: Panorama City, CA 91402 Salary: $225,000-$300,000 | Full-Time, Mon-Fri (40 hrs/wk) A mission-driven community health center in Panorama City is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, multi-generational outpatient care to underserved patients. This role offers collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including dental, mental health, and social work, supporting holistic patient care.
