Virtua Anesthesia - West, a dedicated group of anesthesiologists serving Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ, is seeking an experienced Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our team.This role provides independent, in-house overnight coverage with a focus on: Airway management throughout the hospitalOB anesthesia call and supportEmergent and urgent cases that arise overnightCollaborating with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure safe and timely careThe position is structured as a 7 shifts per pay period (every 2 weeks), offering a predictable rotation and extended time off.What We're Looking For: Board Certified or Board Eligible AnesthesiologistMinimum 2-3 years of post-training experience preferred (or equivalent high-volume, high-autonomy experience)Strong skills in airway rescue, OB anesthesia, and emergency responseAbility to work independently with confidence and sound clinical judgmentCommitment to quality, patient safety, and teamworkWhy Join Virtua Anesthesia - West?
