POSITION SUMMARY: Kids club staff will provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children of members while they work out at the YMCA. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of the children. * Keep accurate attendance records and submit monthly reports to the supervisor. * Communicate children's concerns with parents. * Clean and disinfect the designated area at the end of shift. * Knowledge of all Safety and Emergency procedures. * All other duties as assigned by your supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: * High school graduate or equivalent. * Current certification in Standard First Aid and Safety and Community CPR. * 6 months to 1-year previous experience working with children under the age of 7.
