OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Psychotherapist to join an established and growing private practice. This role involves providing high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on holistic, evidence-based care that supports long-term well-being.The practice emphasizes transformative psychotherapy approaches that go beyond symptom management to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting personal growth. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy sessionsConduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansUtilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapiesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with other mental health professionalsStay current with advancements in psychotherapy practices QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fieldActive or limited permit license in New York (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC-LP, or MFT-LP)Minimum 1 year of clinical counseling experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with diverse and high-functioning client populationsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based bonuses ($3-$20 per client per pay period)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchingPaid time off & parental leaveEmployee assistance programTuition reimbursement & professional development supportLife insurance ScheduleTuesday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PMOne weekend day (preferably Saturday): 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Work EnvironmentEstablished private practice with a collaborative teamOpportunity to work with engaged, high-functioning clientsFocus on professional growth and therapeutic excellence
