Unique opportunity to join and buy-out a thriving solo, independent Pediatric Ophthalmology practice in Chicago. This position is ideal for an individual who wants to be their own boss, set their own hours, run a small business and explore their entrepreneurial spirit. The practice is in a single site near the city center. I also own an in-office Pediatric Optical store that would be included in any transfer of ownership. My plan is for a new associate to join me full time, and I would work part-time to aid the transition. The practice is a dedicated Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus specialty service, with approximately 5% adult strabismus. I also perform ROP exams with contracts at two Chicago hospitals that could also be transferred to a new associate. Candidate should be a Fellowship trained Pediatric Ophthalmologist, BC/BE in Ophthalmology and licensed in Illinois.
