The result of this combination gives us our motto: There is only success!Job Description:The QBMP provides behavior analytic support to Enhanced Behavior Support Homes (EBSH). This QBMP position is open to BCBAs and BCaBAs in good standing with the Behavior AnalystCertification Board and with 2 years of experience with their certification. The QBMP oversees behavior management programs in Enhanced Behavior Support Homes and is responsible for assessment, program development, staff training, and client progress. This clinician works directly with the Facility Administrator and reports directly to the Executive Director. They must work in collaboration with a variety of other agencies and disciplines which include (but are not limited to): Client family members, California Regional Centers, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Community Care Licensing (CCLD), and Office of Clients Rights (OCRA).A good candidate for this position will be persistent in the pursuit of improvement in their behavior programs. They will have a solid repertoire in the use of Microsoft 365 products and Google Workspace. What the Role Entails:Conduct Functional Behavior AssessmentsCreate Behavior PlansCreate emergency plansProvide training to all facility/home support staff that includes:Initial behavior plan trainingOngoing behavior plan trainingQuality assurance and interobserver agreement measuresMonitor data, progress, and adjust all goals and plans as necessary based on the data shownParticipate in all required meetings where appropriate and necessary, travel to facilities to conduct direct observations, interviews, etc.Perform other duties assignedSkills & Competencies:Fluent in general use of technology, including Microsoft products, Google Workspace, and our EHR, Alcomy. Competent in the use and command of the English languageExperienced in speaking and presenting oneself professionally to a variety of people, disciplines, and personalities.Proficient in communication across different modalities (e.g., email, phone, message) that is attentive and promptOpen to feedback, proactive in task completion, enthusiastic, and humbled to continuously learn regardless of experience.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related fieldBCaBA certificate or BCBA certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)At least 2 years holding certificationAt least 2 years' experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior management servicesExperience with individuals of all ages and various developmental disabilities and mental illness preferredExperience working in residential facilities or group homes not required but preferred.Reports To: Executive DirectorSalary $75,000 - $88,000 per year
