Adult and Youth We are currently seeking an empathic and passionate SUD Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to our clients in our Mentor, Lake County office. The Therapist- SUD performs diagnostic assessments and clinical services within the office setting. This position is responsible for individual, family & group counseling along with crisis intervention services and case management. This licensed provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team. With a Trauma informed approach, this position will be a representative for the organization and how we offer integrated services for recovery and mental health. Education: * Level 3: Bachelor's Degree required or Master's Degree preferred * Level 4: Master's Degree Experience: * Two (2) years of experience in the substance use and mental health field (preferred) * One (1) year experience in working with adolescents, young adults and families/caregivers (preferred) Licensure/Certifications: * Level 3: LSW or LPC, State of Ohio * Level 4: LPCC, LISW, LICDC (substance use only) * Valid Driver's License * Must have an acceptable driving record (4 points or less). * BLS/CPR/First Aid (as applicable, company provided) Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Drug Screen, TB Test, Background Check (required) * Work in the office with occasional travel for meetings or professional development as dictated by programmatic needs Our organization is committed to equal employment opportunity.
