Job Description

Schedule- Weekend Hours 7 am - 3:30 pm- subject to change Wages-$27.55/ hour GENERAL DUTIES: * Develops preventative maintenance on all equipment. * Performs preventative maintenance. * Documents all preventative maintenance with Links * Coordinates preventative maintenance. * Collects equipment data for all equipment and machine centers. * Maintains a clean and environmentally safe work area. * Monitors current preventative maintenance programs. * Implements new preventative maintenance programs for equipment. * Keep detailed and accurate maintenance reports and records. * Notifies Maintenance Manager is standard work cannot be followed. * PPE - must wear Safety Glasses, ear plugs, and area/job function appropriate gloves. * TPMs are a part of every position in the mill. This may include mandatory overtime for completion of TPM tasks. * Follows company policy and stays abreast of changes. * Perform other related duties as assigned. * Ability to lift at minimum of 50 lbs. Occasional exertions of 100 lbs. of force. SAFETY: * Assist in creating and maintaining a safe work environment. * Works with others to identify, eliminate, reduce, or control safety hazards. * LOTO and other plant specific trainings to keep oneself safe must be done. * Take steps to ensure that every job is safe and completed to the latest workplace safety regulations, laws, and requirements. * Faulty work can cause an injury. QUALITY: * Check and Recheck work to make sure all parts are up to par with standards and work as they should. QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or GED required or preferred associate degree in industrial maintenance. * Ability to interact with Team Leads, production, and vendors using a positive collaborative approach. * Consistently complete assigned work while attending to multiple tasks and prioritizing projects to meet deadlines as directed. * Problem solve and engage necessary staff/team leads to address emerging facility or equipment issues. * Working knowledge of safety standards of equipment. * Entry level computer experience. (Links, etc.) * Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills, allowing one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. * Completion of all in house training. * Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. * General knowledge in repairs of machinery, installation, modification, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures in heating, water, and drainage systems. * General knowledge of maintenance/grounds equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. * General knowledge of line voltage and low voltage electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, carpentry, metal working, and HVAC systems. * Ability to work independently without supervision and meet tight deadlines. * Sound judgement and decision capabilities. * Work in a team environment
