This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. The Gastroenterology Program Manager will report to the Section Chief of Gastroenterology. The Program Manager will help support the Section Chief and the Assistant Chief in the administrative responsibilities and management of clinical operations and endoscopy program.This will be in addition to his/her primary clinical responsibilities. The primary administrative responsibilities of the Program Manager are listed below: * The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day endoscopy and clinic operations at their site. * The Program Manager would work closely with the Nurse manager at each site and HAS to ensure full utilization of endoscopy and outpatient clinics. * The Program Manager will provide direct oversight to Advanced Practice Providers at their site. * The Program Manager will provide support to assigned tasks provided by the Section Chief of Gastroenterology. * The Program Manager will lead quality improvement projects in Gastroenterology.
