Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Boy-18 months Twins: 1 month * A welcoming family who recognizes and appreciates Nanny support, creativity, and dedication-is searching for a Full Time Nanny for their little team of three. The family is currently employing an overnight newborn specialist and will transition to a daytime Nanny in July, once the babies are on a more predictable schedule. Both parents are working professionals, with Mom returning to work in August, so they are looking for a steady, reliable presence who can grow with their family. You will be caring for: A curious, playful two-year-old who loves music, books, cars, and independent play Adorable infant twins who will thrive with consistency, warmth, and attentive care The ideal Nanny is proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoys creating a loving, structured environment where children can learn and flourish. Responsibilities: * Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage development * Enjoy outings like trips to the library, park, or playdates with peers * Maintain consistent nap and feeding schedules for all three children * Balance structure with playfulness-especially helping their toddler explore and grow through guided activities * Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment * Planning fun, enriching activities and lots of reading time * School prep and drop-off/pick-up (as needed - boy i sin school 2 days/week) * Cleaning and organizing children's items (bottles, pump parts, toys, etc.) * Light household support: children's laundry, tidying play areas, dishwasher help, simple meal prep * Assisting with packing for family travel when needed The family also has a gentle, affectionate 3-year-old Labrador who is a calm and loyal companion-perfect for someone who enjoys being around dogs. The home is in a beautiful area of Grapevine, near the lake, where there are many parks and greenspaces that allow for leisurely walks and friendly play dates dates with neighbors. This is a peaceful, welcoming home where kindness, respect, and teamwork are at the heart of everything.
