Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Operate advanced 3D X ray and CT scanning systems (North Star Imaging or equivalent) to generate high quality digital data for R&D and engineering analysis. * Partner closely with design and R&D engineers to understand test objectives and recommend appropriate CT/X ray scan strategies. * Perform CT data reconstruction, digital metrology, dimensional analysis, and model interrogation using industry standard software. * Interpret scan results to support root cause analysis, design validation, and failure investigations for medical device components. * Develop, apply, and refine CT and X ray inspection methods for both routine and novel applications. * Support reverse engineering activities by extracting CAD ready geometry from scan data. * Design and execute scans for complex assemblies and low density materials, ensuring data accuracy and repeatability. * Safely handle occasional hazardous materials in accordance with lab safety and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and present CT findings to internal stakeholders and external visitors, including customer and leadership demos. * Contribute to continuous improvement of CT lab capabilities, workflows, and technical documentation in a regulated R&D environment.
