A full-time Infusion Pharmacist opportunity is available with a well-established, growing healthcare organization. This direct hire role requires a dynamic professional with strong pharmacy management skills, particularly in home infusion or specialty pharmacy settings. The position offers a collaborative work environment centered on high-touch patient care and efficient pharmacy operations within an infusion therapy framework. Location: A suburban area near Dublin, OH (specific location disclosed during candidate vetting) Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must have schedule flexibility Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services for chronic and acute infusion therapies including compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations. Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain regulatory and quality standards. Collaborate closely with nursing, admissions, reimbursement, sales, and marketing teams to optimize patient outcomes and customer satisfaction. Participate actively in quality assurance, performance improvement, and staff training initiatives. Serve as a clinical resource for sales and marketing efforts and support customer presentations. Manage procurement and inventory control processes. Support insurance authorization and reimbursement audit requirements. Maintain compliance with pharmacy on-call rotation to provide continuous support. Demonstrate knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 standards, and relevant State Board of Pharmacy regulations. Desired Experience & Qualifications: Prior experience in an infusion pharmacy setting highly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience considered. Proven pharmacy management and supervisory capabilities. Strong clinical knowledge of infusion therapies. Familiarity with CPR+/CareTend pharmacy systems. California pharmacist license (or as required) preferred.
