Establish relationships with Child Protection Investigators, Child Welfare Case Managers, Court systems and community partners in order to remove barriers to services. Specialist's duties include but are not limited to screening, assessment, individual/group intervention, planning. Parents to motivate and ensure compliance to screening recommendationsEstablish educational groups for parents to provide appropriate information regarding substance abuseProvide consultation with
