Job Title

Job Purpose: * CCOS (Children's Clinical Outpatient Services) provides mental health care for children and adolescents, ages 2 years to 18 or older if they are still attending high school. The MA Therapist - Reg Intern is responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients under supervision, assisting in the development and implementation of treatment plans, and supporting clients in achieving their mental health goals. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality mental health care and contributing to the overall mission of enhancing the well-being of individuals and communities. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed therapist. * Assist in the assessment and diagnosis of clients' mental health conditions. * Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals. * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. * Participate in case consultations and supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills. * Stay informed of best practices and new developments in the field of mental health therapy. * Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. * Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions.
