The ideal Physician will proactively develop interactions and refer patients to outside doctors when seeking care outside their medical scope.About the Job: Offer a personalized approach to healthcare and holistic medical services, treating various conditions. Produce healthcare and health management programs based on individual patients’ historical data.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide Primary Care to patientsDevelop health programs that are patient-specific using historical data.Monitor, adapt, and administer individualized healthcare programsUse patient health data for medical analysis and offer comprehensive wellness exams.Administer vaccinationsPerform medical operations if necessaryEducate patients and other significant parties about health management and the prevention of diseases.Recommend patients to specialists for specific treatment/procedures.Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience as a Family Medicine practitionerFamily Medicine internship and residencyBoard Certified by the American Board of Family MedicineLicensed to practice in CaliforniaActive participation in continued medical education and membership to a professional organization is highly preferredAble to work in Newman, CA
