Carolina Care Health & Rehabilitation - As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Carolina Care Health and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) with the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and patients. You will assist in planning, coordinating and managing all aspects of the nursing department, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, management of budget, and oversight of all clinical staff.  At SanStone Health & Rehabilitation, we offer employment opportunities in NC that are filled with purpose. Must be able to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software
