Hours:Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Must be available to work during emergency situations. Salary Information:The hiring range for this position is $56,351 - $76,074. Salary will be determined based on qualifications, internal equity, budget, and market considerations. Bilingual candidates are eligible for a differential (5%) when performing Spanish language interpretation during the course of work. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, and experience and education sufficient to obtain one of the required licenses. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)OR Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)Must be able to obtain Division of Criminal Information (DCI) certification through the NC State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) in addition to other state requirements.Out-of-state candidates that hold a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license may be considered for hire but must apply to the LCMHC NC board to obtain an LCMHC license before being hired. Provisionally licensed candidates may be considered. Priority consideration will be given to candidates with full licensure. Must have excellent communication and decision making skills, and be able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Licenses/Certifications Requires one of the following licensures with the ability to practice in North Carolina: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
