A specialized role is available for a registered nurse with extensive experience in Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) nursing. This contract position is located in the scenic Colorado Rockies, offering the opportunity to work in an established Hybrid Cath Lab setting with advanced technology in a smaller hospital environment. The hospital operates the only 24/7 Cath Lab on the Western Slope of Colorado, providing a unique and impactful experience. Key Qualifications: Current Colorado RN license, Compact RN License, or eligibility to obtain American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in Cath Lab and EP nursing Experience in circulating and patient care during pre and post cardiac procedures Vascular and/or CVOR experience is a plus Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week Rotating weekends and evening/weekend call responsibilities 30-minute callback radius Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver nursing care adhering to the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice for patients undergoing cardiac procedures Provide expert patient care throughout pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure phases Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, safe patient outcomes in a cutting-edge hybrid cath lab environment About the Location: Carbondale, Colorado, is nestled near the majestic Rocky Mountains and offers the perfect balance of small-town charm and outdoor recreational opportunities.
