Join us in our mission to provide exceptional care and comfort to our patients by ensuring our hospital remains a clean, safe, and inviting space.Responsibilities:Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas in line with health and safety standards.Conduct routine checks of supplies and report shortages to the supervisory staff.Follow proper infection control practices and safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, windowsills, and equipment.Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials, including biohazard waste when necessary.Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed to the management team.Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other departments to address specific cleaning needs or requests.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting, is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
