Join CHCP as an LMRT Assistant Program DirectorAre you a radiologic professional ready to step into a leadership role and make a lasting impact in education?At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we're looking for a driven Assistant Program Director to support and elevate our Limited Medical Radiologic Technology (LMRT) program.In this role, you'll work closely with program leadership to ensure academic excellence, faculty development, and student success, while maintaining compliance with industry and accreditation standards. What You'll DoSupport the implementation and delivery of the LMRT program curriculumTrain and orient instructional staff for online and in-person course deliveryProvide day-to-day oversight of faculty performance and instructional qualityEvaluate instructors and deliver constructive feedback for continuous improvementMonitor student progress, including attendance, grades, and intervention effortsAnalyze performance data and prepare reports to support program improvementAssist with class scheduling, advisory board meetings, and program planningEnsure compliance with TWC, federal, and accreditation standardsReview lesson plans and ensure alignment with course objectivesSupport faculty recruitment, development, and onboardingConduct student orientations and assist with community outreach initiativesCollaborate with externship coordination to support clinical site development and student progressCover classes as needed and support overall program operations?
