As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will Implement, administer, and continually enhance the imaging research process. Work closely with internal and external resources to create and update protocols and ensure appropriate communications and agreements are set in place.This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week; shifts are Monday through Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00 PM.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(60%) Research ManagementManages the research from draft agreement through completion; including tracking, setting up billing and reporting on volumes and revenueCollects, reviews and follows up on requests for research agreementsDrafts research agreements for approved requests and partners with legal on the final agreementsAggregates necessary protocols for each new agreement including outside Institutional Review Board (IRB) documentation.Coordinates studies between internal and external research resourcesInternal market leaders, sales associates, physicians and external partnersManages internal policies and procedures to ensure proper billing and codingManages internal reports for revenue and volume tracking(15%) Research LiaisonWorks with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to determine appropriate pricing for each research agreementCoordinates with OEM vendors as appropriate for us to facilitate new research opportunities Works with internal sales and external resources to recruit research subjectsWorks with internal sales and external resources to create and update an information packet and training for our research services(15%) Manages CDI's internal Investigational Review Board (IRB)Provides oversight to our internal IRBManages and develops study protocolsAdheres to IRB reporting requirementsCreates End of Study ReportsMaintains data integrity(10%) Performs other duties as assignedRequired:Associates degree 2 years' experience in a health care settingExperience working with PhysiciansPreferred:Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or Computer ScienceRAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
