This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed or license-acquiring clinician looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking mental health support.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group therapy sessions to clients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults)Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific goalsUtilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and trauma-informed care approachesConduct therapeutic crisis intervention and provide immediate support to clients in distressCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated careMaintain accurate, up-to-date client records and clinical documentationCollect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventionsExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in clinical counseling or therapy preferred, but not requiredProficiency in crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed careStrong knowledge of social work principles and practicesFamiliarity with diagnostic evaluation tools and assessment proceduresSkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to establish rapport with clients and create a safe therapeutic environmentStrong clinical assessment skills to identify mental health needs accuratelyEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to provide behavior management strategies for clients with challenging behaviorsQualificationsLicensed or license-acquiring individuals are encouraged to apply (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent Indiana licensure in process).About Apis Services Inc.Apis Services, Inc.
