Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification Oversee clinical, operational, and nursing management for the Adult Behavioral Services program, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all phases of nursing care provided in the program, with a focus on quality and patient safety. Recruit, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering professional growth, and maintaining a supportive work environment. Ensure appropriate staffing patterns and 24-hour nursing staff coverage to meet program needs and optimize patient care. Candidate requirements Registered Nurse or Clinically Licensed professional. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, with expertise in eating disorder recovery and discharge planning. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
