Leadership remains locally driven, and the firm is recognized annually for project excellence and workplace culture.Job DescriptionLead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.Oversee subcontractors, inspections, safety, quality control, and site logistics.Coordinate complex healthcare construction requirements, sequencing, and compliance.Partner closely with Project Management, senior field leadership, and ownership.Manage day-to-day schedule execution and manpower planning.Conduct daily jobsite walks, weekly coordination meetings, and safety reviews.Ensure strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Mentor and lead Assistant Superintendents and field coordinators.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
