This opportunity offers a key role as a Pharmacist within a hospital setting, supporting a community hospital with approximately 150 beds. The position requires a licensed pharmacist with a solid inpatient background who is ready to contribute to patient care teams through clinical expertise and collaboration. Responsibilities include: Verifying medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety Supervising and guiding pharmacy technicians in daily tasks Consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapies Utilizing electronic systems such as Meditech, PharmacyKeeper, and Pyxis to manage dispensing and documentation Ideal candidates will possess: A current PA pharmacist license At least one year of inpatient pharmacy experience Full-time availability to cover variable day and afternoon shifts with some scheduling flexibility Experience with Meditech pharmacy software is strongly preferred This contract position is set to begin as soon as possible and will last approximately 5 to 6 months or longer.
